In SYSPRO if you are in one program you don’t need to back out to the main menu to launch a second program. You can simply press F8 to display your Favorites menu and run the second program from there. When you exit the second program you will be returned back to your first program.

Creating a Favorites Menu in SYSPRO 6.1

Click the Favorites tab at far right. This will slide out the Favorites Menu.

Click the pushpin icon to pin the Favorites Menu.

Drag your most frequently used programs from the Main Menu to the Favorites Menu. It’s that easy!

When you are in any SYSPRO program (such as Sales Order Entry shown below), press F8 to display your Favorites Menu and launch a second program (such as Inventory Query).

The second program (Inventory Query) runs on top of the first one (Sales Order Entry).
