SYSPRO offers a free certification program covering all aspects of the product.
Getting started is a five step process.
- Register for the Support Zone.
- Download the certification application.
- Log in to the application with your SupportZone credentials.
- Register as a student from the application.
- Register for your courses from the application and start working through the training materials.
More detailed documentation for the registration process is available on the Support Zone, but the process is intuitive.
The registrations are processed manually, so they can take a couple of days.
Certifications and Courses
There are five certifications:
- Administrator
- Product Champion
- Financial
- Distribution
- Manufacturing.
You are free to do any course independant of the certifications.
