### Free, Self-Serve Learning

SYSPRO offers a free certification program covering all aspects of the product.

Getting started is a five step process.

1. [Register for the Support Zone](http://support.syspro.com/log_in.php?event=register&read=true).
2. [Download the certification application](http://sysprocertification.syspro.com/published/publish.htm).
3. Log in to the application with your SupportZone credentials.
4. Register as a student from the application.
5. Register for your courses from the application and start working through the [training materials](http://support.syspro.com/log_in.php?url=CMS%2Findex.php%3Findex%3Dpublished%2Fsupport_zone%2Fcertification_support_zone%2F6_1%2Fsyspro_6_1_port_60_certification_MERGED.xml%26id%3Dtopic_BD20A96E515A451CB9D5F992E6E419ED).

More [detailed documentation](http://support.syspro.com/distributor//CMS/index.php?index=published/support_zone/certification_support_zone/6_1/syspro_6_1_port_60_certification_MERGED.xml#topic_6F6E3CBEACBF4F6E968815E2DA14065E) for the registration process is available on the Support Zone, but the process is intuitive.

The registrations are processed manually, so they can take a couple of days.

## Certifications and Courses

There are five certifications:

- Administrator
- Product Champion
- Financial
- Distribution
- Manufacturing.

You are free to do any course independant of the certifications.
