When you enter data in a SYSPRO grid (called a listview), some cells are editable and others are disabled because they are pre-populated by the system.
If you would like to differentiate the disabled cells by making them appear in a light gray color, you can easily personalize SYSPRO to do this.
Personalizing the Listview
You can differentiate disabled listview cells from enabled cells through options available in Personalization.
- From the Home tab in the ribbon bar, select Personalize button.
- Under Listviews tab, select Show disabled listview cells in gray.
Now when you enter data in a listview such as GL Journal Entry, the disabled cells will be gray.
