## [Show Disabled Listview Cells in Gray](https://customer.syspro.com/show-disabled-listview-cells-in-gray)

When you enter data in a SYSPRO grid (called a listview), some cells are editable and others are disabled because they are pre-populated by the system.

If you would like to differentiate the disabled cells by making them appear in a light gray color, you can easily personalize SYSPRO to do this.

## Personalizing the Listview

You can differentiate disabled listview cells from enabled cells through options available in **Personalization**.

1. From the **Home** tab in the ribbon bar, select **Personalize** button.

1. Under **Listviews** tab, select **Show disabled listview cells in gray**.

Now when you enter data in a listview such as GL Journal Entry, the disabled cells will be gray.
